How to join - RRA Membership
Process
To join the RRA please follow these
steps.
1) Complete a Membership Form, which can be down loaded from here, or collect a copy from 43 Columbine Avenue, Randpark.
Send your completed form to the address on top right hand corner, or drop it back at the same
address.
2) If
you are contracted with another security service provider and desire to be linked to
Securitas, then give written notice to your service provider, get
confirmation of receipt and the last month that you will be paying (most contracts require
one calendar month's notice period)
3) On receipt of your completed
membership form, RRA advises Securitas
that you desire to link to them and Securitas will call you to make an
appointment to change transmitters.
4) The first payment of your RRA contribution will be the month following your
notice period. I.e. if May 31 is last date of your old contract, May being the notice month,
then you join RRA wef 1st June. However, get your Membership Form to RRA offices as soon as
you receive confirmation that your existing contract is cancelled.
5) Should you have no alarm system installed at your home, contact
Securitas for a quotation. Phone – 011 792 4000.
6) Payment of membership contributions can be by debit order, direct
electronic transfer or cash/cheque paid in at 43 Columbine Avenue.

Residents who are pensioners, and wish to take advantage of the “pensioner
discount” are to attach proof of pensioner status to the membership
form.
